At Augusta Probate, our mission is simple: to help families and professionals resolve probate property matters with confidence.

Founded by Krish Patel, a former practising solicitor and experienced property buyer, who saw the same problem over and over: executors left with difficult properties and no buyer who understood the unique emotional, legal and practical challenges that dealing with inherited properties can present.

After years of practising law, Krish kept seeing the same situation. An overwhelmed executor with a property that had issues, no buyer willing to take it on, and the estate losing money every month. He was also buying property professionally and knew these properties weren’t unsellable. They just needed a buyer who understood the legal side as well as the property side. He couldn’t find one, so he built one.

Today Augusta Probate has a team of probate, legal, and property professionals, backed by the capital to make cash offers and complete quickly. We have bought over 100 inherited properties and we continue to grow rapidly year on year.
